- Key job function is to provide application support via phone/email/Web/In- person visit.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing excellent customer service while dealing with calls/tickets/incidents
- Meeting set targets as per the prevailing policy.
- Testing new technology.
- Reviewing outstanding support requests, execute appropriate action as per the SLA
- Code, test, and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology which may change time-to-time.
- Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.
- Designs and develops user interfaces to Internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
- Test and develop programming modifications
- Other duties as assigned as the situation demands.
